Subscription — Cancellation Policy

You're in control of your subscription at all times.

How it works. Subscribe & Save sends one bottle of Small Hours every 30 nights at 20% off the one-time price ($39.20 instead of $49 at launch), with your price locked for as long as your subscription stays active. It renews automatically every 30 days, you're charged at the start of each cycle, and we email you a reminder before every renewal — no surprise charges.

Skip, pause, change, or cancel — anytime. Manage everything from your account (log in via the link in any order email, or at protocolday.com/account): skip a delivery, pause for a while, move your renewal date, or cancel entirely. No lock-in, no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, no phone call required. Prefer email? Write to hello@protocolday.com and we'll do it for you.

Timing. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If a charge has already been processed, the cancellation takes effect for the following cycle.

Refunds. If it's your first order, your first subscription delivery is covered by the 60-Night Guarantee: if your nights didn't change, email us within 60 days of that delivery — we refund that first bottle and cancel the subscription in the same email. Renewals after the first delivery are not refundable, even inside those 60 days; skip or cancel before the billing date instead.
