Subscribe & Save — Cancellation Policy

You're in control of your subscription at all times.

How it works
Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the interval you chose at checkout (default: every 30 days). You're charged at the start of each billing cycle, and you'll get an email reminder before each renewal.

Skip, pause, change, or cancel — anytime
Manage everything from your account (log in via the link in any order email, or at protocolday.com/account): skip a delivery, pause for a while, change frequency, or cancel entirely. No lock-in, no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, no phone call required. Prefer email? Write to hello@protocolday.com and we'll do it for you.

Timing
To avoid a renewal charge, cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If a charge has already been processed, the cancellation takes effect for the following cycle — and that order is still covered by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee if you're within the window.

Refunds
Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first Night Reset order, subscription included: request within 90 days of your first charge, we refund your most recent charge and cancel future billing in the same email.
